<p>If I understand that aright, it means that Microsoft&#8217;s development efforts are more nimble than the JCP&#8217;s.  And the solution, therefore, to become even more nimble, to become more like Microsoft, is to become an open source project.</p>
<p>I must agree with the sentiment, but the logic escapes me.</p>
